Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

A bit of metamagical thema fun in the form of digital watercolor on a cotton rag paper canvas depicting colorful tubes of... no, not watercolor, but acrylic paints. I used a rainbow of red, pink, orange, yellow, green, aqua and blue for my whimsical still life study in irony, which includes the splatters and color bleed found in traditional wet watercolor.
