"Artichoke in Bloom"

A flowering artichoke fresh from the garden shows off its pretty purple color as it sits on a dusty lavender marble countertop in a chef's kitchen. I framed my minimalist altered still life photograph in transparent ombré hues of violet purple and cobalt blue.
