"Kimono Garden"

A digital oil painting on canvas loosely based on my original photograph of a vase of lovely white chrysanthemums, which I did in a style similar to those found on Japanese kimono (of which both my husband and I are avid collectors). I chose a neutral palette of taupe, chocolate brown, cream and pale butter yellow with a few splashes of pale green and mauve for my floral painting.
