Artist's Description
"Reflecting on a Rainy Day"
The sun streams down a cobblestone city street after a downpour. The bottom half of the buildings ahead line the sides of the road and beneath them a rain puddle reflects the clouds in the sky, the tops of the buildings, and the neon lights that are out of the landscape view. I ended up taking this in a completely different direction than originally planned, and I am way too pleased with it; in fact, this may be one of my favorite impressionist digital oil paintings of all time. Please visit my City Escapes art collection to see more of my urban artwork.
