"Royal Peacock"

A digital watercolor painting on a cotton rag paper canvas, very loosely based on a photograph of a very grand and self-assured strutting peacock. I used a wet color palette in brilliant hues of cobalt blue, turquoise, plum purple and green for my fantasy wildlife portrait.
