An impressionist digital oil painting on canvas loosely based on my original photograph of the sun rising over a misty Whidbey Island on Puget Sound in Washington State. I painted the scene in digital oils on canvas as viewed through black silhouetted autumnal trees with bare branches in neutral hues of beige, gray, taupe, blue, peach and coral.
