"Phalaenopsis Orchid"
A digital watercolor painting on a white cold press paper canvas, of a moth orchid (Phalaenopsis, or often just simply "Phal") flower. Loosely based on a macro photograph, the actual bloom is white with violet edges with violet lips and column at its center. My version is a little more colorful, I used a palette of creamy white, lavender, violet purple, fuchsia pink, turquoise, orange, green and marine blue.
